Building Regulations Approval
Building Regulations apply in England & Wales and promote standards for most aspects of a building's construction, energy efficiency in buildings, the needs of all people, including those with disabilities, in accessing and moving around buildings.
I will prepare and submit the building regulations application on your behalf. This application ensures that your project is designed and built to the latest regulations. A more detailed version of your plans, application forms and other relevant documents i.e. calculations are submitted again on line. Sometimes after the plans have had their initial check further information may be requested by the Local Authority. The plans are then amended and returned for permission to be granted.
